If there is a price change between the time the order is placed and the time the order is processed, the customer will be notified of the price change before the order is shipped.

All credit card orders are authorized and your card charged at the time the order is placed. If an item is not available at the time the order is processed for shipping, a credit will be immediately issued back to your credit card. Most banks take 1-5 days to process a credit. Please allow this amount to time for your credit to show on your credit card account. For customer security, we do not keep credit card numbers on file after an order is shipped. As a result, no partial orders can be shipped and the back ordered items shipped at a later date.

Since all orders are processed for shipping as they are received, no multiple orders can be combined.

Note: Coins will acquire a patina or color over time. This is a natural result of the metal in the coin reacting with elements in the air, and will occur with coins of any age, even current year coins. This does not impact the value.


Proof Sets, Prestige Sets, Premier Sets, Mint Sets, and other coins have no return privilege due to minor flaws and discoloring of coins or "wear and tear" on the packaging.

Unopened Proof Sets are not returnable if unsealed.





Shipping and Handling* are not refundable.

With the ever increasing cost of doing business and the new postal rates, based on zones, rather than weight, our cost for shipping has nearly doubled on most orders. The United States Postal Service now charges varying rates depending on the type of packaging; flat container, bubble pack, box, etc. As a result standard shipping and handling* is now based on the order total:

  • Minimum Shipping Charge: $5.00 + 5% of order total
  • Maximum Shipping Charge: $15

Insurance is included in the standard shipping amount on all orders. Most orders are shipped with a delivery confirmation by the United States Postal Service. Our liability ends once the package is officially delivered by the USPS. See Lost/Damaged Shipment section below for important information.

Some items require a shipping surcharge in addition to the Standard shipping and handling* amount. If a shipping surcharge is applicable, it will be listed next to the price of the item, and will be reflected in the price listed for that item in the shopping cart.

All shipments are made using the US Postal Service. For insurance reasons, no items can be shipped by UPS or FEDEX.

Shipping address must be in the United States.
Orders placed with shipping outside the U.S. will not be filled.

No Foreign orders accepted.

*The price charged is for shipping and handling and does include insurance through a private insurance policy.

*Handling is the total cost of processing an order for shipment. This amount is over and above the actual postage charge. Included in the cost of handling are such points as employee expense for data entry, packaging, and transportation of packages to the US Postal Service; hardware and software maintenance and replacement; and shipping materials. With the slim profit margins in the coin industry, it is not possible to include these costs in the price and still offer a competitive price structure. Though we attempt to keep all shipping related business costs as low as possible, on almost all orders, we absorb a loss when the true shipping and handling costs are compared to what we charge our customers.

All shipments are sent insured via the United States Postal Service.

If a shipment is lost or damaged, please contact us by e-mail and we will advise the proper procedure for obtaining shipment documentation and filing a claim. Please include your order number and full shipping address in the message. We cannot assist you without this information.

If you think your shipment might be lost, check with your Post Office and insure that they are not holding the package for delivery.

According to US Postal Regulations, no claim can be filed until 30 days from the date the item was shipped.

If the value of the shipment is over $50, you will need to file a loss claim with the Post Office. Instructions for filing a claim can be obtained from your Post Office or at the USPS website.

To comply with Postal Service regulations, no exceptions to this policy can be made.



Personal checks can no longer be accepted! If you do not wish to pay by credit card, the only other payment option is a money order or bank certified check.

Visa and MasterCard can be accepted under the following terms.
We do not assess a surcharge for credit card payment.

Orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address. To protect the credit card holders and ourselves, we use AVS (Address Verification Service): A service that verifies the credit card holder's Bill To address in order to combat credit card fraud. If we can not verify your credit card Bill To address we will not ship your order.

Your Bill To address is your address on your monthly statement, you receive this statement from your bank or credit card company.

We do not accept non USA credit cards. (this means we will only accept credit cards from customers that live in the United States Of America)

No credit card orders over $1000 without prior arrangement.



All customer records are kept confidential. We do not sell or market your email address or any other personal information to third parties. We take reasonable precautions to guard against database theft or misuse. For our mutual protection, we do not keep credit card numbers on file.

Question:How do I know you received my online order?
Answer:If you paid for your order using a credit card, you will receive an email confirmation within minutes of placing the order. If you are paying by check or money order, your browser will display an order confirmation for you to print and keep for your records.

Answer:Order processing times vary. We attempt to process all orders within 3 business days. The actual delivery time will vary according to the delivery schedule of the U.S. Postal service.

Answer:We update our pages on a constant basis through-out the day. Please be sure to refresh your browser page each time you visit in order to view the latest updates. Many of the listed coins are one of a kind, and we may receive several orders for the same item. In this case, the earliest order will receive the item. Sets and other more often requested items are usually available in quantity.
